Key Strategies Implemented

1. Impactful campaigns 

We worked closely with Educate Abroad to identify meaningful causes that resonated with their audience. We crafted purpose-led campaigns that went beyond recruitment, focusing on making a positive impact on local communities and schools in Thailand. The purpose-led campaigns spearheaded by us generated significant social impact. One notable campaign raised 16,000 Baht, which was utilized to provide much-needed stationery supplies to an underfunded school in rural Thailand.

2. Content Optimization

We revamped Educate Abroad's social media profiles with high-quality visuals, videos, infographics, compelling captions, and relevant hashtags. Content was strategically designed to showcase the unique benefits of teaching in Thailand, offer advice and ESL teaching tips, provide insight into visa and work permit processes, give understanding to Thai culture, and highlight success stories of current teachers.

3. Community Building

We fostered a sense of community by creating and managing dedicated groups where current and potential teachers could share experiences, ask questions, and connect with each other. This helped in creating a supportive network and boosting engagement. We created a Facebook group to act as a job board and advice hub for all things ESL in Thailand. The group currently has a membership of 7,000 approx.

4. Targeted Advertising

We identified and targeted specific demographics of potential ESL teachers through paid advertising campaigns. This included geographically targeted ads, interests-based targeting, and custom audiences to reach individuals who were most likely to be interested in teaching abroad.  Our campaigns amplified their message, ensuring maximum reach and engagement.

5. Regular Engagement

We implemented a consistent posting schedule, ensuring that Educate Abroad remained active and visible on various platforms. We actively engaged with the audience by responding to comments, addressing queries, and participating in relevant discussions. It wasn’t just about posting; it was about sparking conversations, answering questions, and building genuine connections with their audience

The Results

Within the first six months, Educate Abroad's social media followers witnessed a staggering increase, with a growth rate of over 300%. From 70 followers to 6,000+, this surge in followers contributed significantly to expanding the agency's reach and potential teacher pool.
